A student of the Hindu Philosophy Study Program at the State Hindu Institute Tampung Penyang (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya, Dara Delima, presented an award and certificate of appreciation to the Rector of IAHN-TP, Dr. Mujiyono, S.Ag., M.Ag., on Monday (1/9)
The certificate was awarded by the Governor of Central Kalimantan in recognition of the achievement of the IAHN-TP Sahabat Alam Waste Bank, which won First Prize in the category of organic waste management into planting media.
This award highlights the active role and concern of IAHN-TP students in promoting environmental sustainability through innovative initiatives that transform organic waste into useful and eco-friendly products.
This award is tangible evidence of IAHN-TP students’ concern for the environment through innovation in processing organic waste into useful and environmentally friendly products.
In her remarks, Dara Delima explained that in addition to the certificate and award, the Governor of Central Kalimantan also granted a monetary award to support the operational activities of the Sahabat Alam Waste Bank at IAHN-TP Palangka Raya.
The awarding ceremony also reaffirmed IAHN-TP’s commitment to continuously supporting environmental awareness movements and strengthening the role of students as agents of positive change in society.
