IAHNTPnews,– Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Tampung Penyang (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya held the Academic Orientation of PPG (Teacher Certification Program) Daljab Batch 3 through a Zoom Meeting. The event took place over two days, 1–2 September 2025, and was attended by hundreds of participants from various regions.
In his report, Head of the PPG Study Program, Dr. I Gede Dharman Gunawan, stated that PPG Daljab at LPTK IAHN-TP Palangka Raya had previously conducted Batch 1 and Batch 2 with a total quota of 500 participants. However, with several participants withdrawing, the total number of Batch 3 participants was recorded at 491 students.
“Students have gone through a long process from April until the end of August, and then followed by 30 days of independent learning. It should be noted that 2025 is the final year of PPG Daljab implementation. Therefore, I hope all participants of Batch 3 can achieve a 100% graduation rate,” said Dr. Gede.
Meanwhile, Dean of the Faculty of Dharma Acarya, Dr. Derson, underlined the importance of discipline and seriousness in following the PPG process. “Do not waste time. Follow every stage with focus until the final examination. Our hope is that all participants will graduate with the best results,” he stated.
The orientation was officially opened by the Rector of IAHN-TP Palangka Raya, Dr. Mujiyono, S.Ag., M.Ag. In his remarks, the Rector expressed appreciation to the entire leadership for initiating the implementation of PPG Daljab Batch 3.
“Welcome to all PPG Daljab participants. This program is highly important, as it represents both gratitude and a great responsibility, not only for oneself but also for family and the nation. Students must demonstrate creativity and professionalism. Teachers are not only educators but also mentors who shape character and provide useful knowledge for their students,” the Rector stated.
With the spirit of togetherness, the orientation is expected to mark a good beginning for all participants to carry out the entire series of PPG Daljab Batch 3 activities with full responsibility and professional commitment. //ay//
