IAHNTPNews,– Following the public lecture held at the Multipurpose Hall of Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Tampung Penyang (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya, on Wednesday (17/9), Prof. Tiwi Etika presented her book entitled Filsafat Dayak (Dayak Philosophy) to the Governor of Central Kalimantan, H. Agustiar Sabran, S.I.Kom.
The book, authored by Prof. Tiwi Etika, is the result of in-depth research and reflection on the noble values, local wisdom, and worldview of the Dayak people. The publication is expected to enrich cultural literacy and serve as a significant academic reference in advancing knowledge, particularly on Dayak traditions and philosophy.
During the handover, Prof. Tiwi Etika stated that the book represents an academic contribution aimed at strengthening the understanding of local wisdom while preserving the cultural identity of the Dayak community amid the tides of modernization.
