IAHN-TP News,– The Religious Leadership Study Program, Faculty of Dharma Duta and Brahma Widya (FDD-BW), held a Pinandita training practice on Wednesday (24/9) at the courtyard of IAHN-TP Rectorate Building.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FDD-BW, Dr. I Wayan Salendra, S.Ag., M.Si., and attended by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Partnerships, the Dean of the Faculty of Dharma Sastra, the Head of the AUAK Bureau, several Pinandita and Basir, faculty leaders of FDD-BW, and students.
In his remarks, the Dean emphasized that the training serves as a regular academic activity conducted every semester.
“This practice provides a platform for students to apply the knowledge they have gained in class. Knowledge will not be complete without practice. Graduates of the Religious Leadership Study Program are expected to become the frontliners in the community, particularly in leading religious rituals,” he stated.

He further stressed that Pinandita and Basir are not only required to master ritual procedures and attitudes but also to serve as role models in daily life.
“Beyond theory, there are manners and attitudes that must be upheld and exemplified, both in the academic environment and within society. As graduates, we are often respected, and therefore, we also must show respect and set an example for others,” he added.
Through this activity, students are expected to gain comprehensive readiness, both in knowledge and practice, enabling them to contribute actively and meaningfully within their communities. //Mr//
