Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are the measure of success in achieving specific objectives and operational strategic goals. Every institution or government agency is required to formulate Key Performance Indicators as a priority for programs and activities, referring to the strategic objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA).
