Rector of IAHN-TP Receives Award Plaque from Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus, Thailand

IAHNTP News,– Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Tampung Penyang (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya has once again demonstrated its presence on the international stage. At the Rector’s Office of IAHN-TP Palangka Raya, the university received an award plaque from Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus (MBUIC), Thailand, in recognition of its contribution and partnership in organizing the International Conference held on 28–29 June 2025.

The plaque was formally presented by Prof. Tiwi Etika, Ph.D. to the Rector of IAHN-TP Palangka Raya, Dr. Mujiyono, S.Ag., M.Ag. The ceremony was witnessed by the university’s leadership board and took place in a cordial atmosphere filled with pride.

This event marked a concrete implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two universities in 2024. Through this collaboration, IAHN-TP Palangka Raya not only strengthens institutional relations at the international level but also actively commits to advancing knowledge, particularly in the fields of religion, culture, and cross-border education.

Rector of IAHN-TP Palangka Raya expressed his deep appreciation for the trust and cooperation established between the institutions.

“This award is concrete evidence that synergy between universities across countries can be achieved not only through MoU documents but also through concrete activities such as international conferences, which provide significant benefits for academic development and global networking,” he remarked.
