Leadership Performance Agreement

The establishment of the Performance Agreement is a tangible commitment between the mandate giver and the mandate recipient to strengthen integrity, accountability, transparency, and the performance of the apparatus; A basis for evaluating the success or failure in achieving organizational goals and objectives, and as a basis for granting rewards and sanctions; A basis for the mandate giver to carry out monitoring, evaluation, and supervision of the performance progress of the mandate recipient; A basis for determining employee performance targets.
